Upon first joining the Internet
community--when it was still more of a community, and not a
universe--I found it fascinating that I could communicate with
anyone at anytime in the various chat rooms I frequented on
a daily basis. Over the past thirteen years or so, real time
online chatter has lost its novelty. Though I have an account--or
two--with every instant message service and several bulletin
boards, I rarely, actually never, log onto them. In other words,
I won't chat with you--unless you have something very specific
and succinct to discuss. And even then, you'd have to contact
me via email to grab my attention in the first place and provide
a "chat" prosposal of sorts. Geesh, I'm a pain.
However, I think the best way to contact me is via
LiveJournal
as email is often deleted if I don't recognize the sender. So, if
you must contact me with some urgent, earth-shattering news, please
leave a comment in the most recent post of my livejournal, and I will
get back to you as soon as possible. Unless, of course, I have something
better to do.
Last but not least, I will not date you, I will not post or send dirty pictures,
and I will not give you my home address and phone number.
With this said, feel free to
buy
me
stuff.
